Followups show that it might at some point become feasable -- or not. So
I'm now going to proceed with removing the m68k and arm builds, m68k &
arm buildd maintainers can of course always reintroduce this package on
their archs by simply having their buildds succesfully build it.

Actually, it seems that the m68k build is already gone.
