I've prepared a patch that should apply cleanly on top of 2.6.18-5 (the
current Debian kernel source for m68k). Can somebody familiar with the
Debian kernel package build procedures please add this to the patch list,
and build a kernel for Amiga with CONFIG_SCSI_AMIGA7XX enabled for
testing? (Hint: kernel-package hates me, my gcc-3.3.6 cross compiler or
both. I can't cross build kernel packages. And I'd need a starting
.config to build a simple test image)
Christian: if you want to add this to the next 2.6.18 Debian release, be
advised that the patch to io.h and raw_io.h likely clashes with my
EtherNEC patch. If you cannot resolve the mess, I can prepare a version
specially for this purpose.
The rest of the patch should not in any way clash with what you have in
the Debian source.
Michael
