qscintilla is the problem. python-qt3 needs it, hplip (and all other
packages that depend on python-qt3 either for the build or to run) needs a
transitioned python-qt3, and thus, m68k has not transitioned in sync with
everyone else...
Apparently qscintilla was just built. Please install it on the buildds,
then remove the depwait on python-qt3, install it after it builds, then
hplip and all other python-qt using packages will be ready to transition.
Next time someone controlling a transition tells me versioned deps are not
needed, I will ignore them.
