I have no clue; the site appears like that in google's cache, too, so
either this happened at an unfortunate time, or it's been like that for
a while already. What used to be on that site?

In any case, the BSA has been known in the past to shoot first, and to
ask questions later. I wouldn't be surprised if this was just another
outburst of the BSA playing police without authority.
