hi ppls I have a wgs 95 (quadra950) that cannot find the rtc. At boot time it keeps getting stuck trying to find the module char-major-10-135 I have tried the 2.4.1 kernel - it gives an OOPS at a very early stage. the 2.2.5 kernel does no better. I read someone suggested removing the module from /lib/modules/version/i386 any thoughts anyone? david -- www.qednet.biz has a very rare and endangered species in captivity - see it before its too late
