Not to my knowledge. I recall that I went from 2.2.19 -> 2.2.20 with
just a cvs update. However, I don't know offhand how to verify that.

Is sourceforge having problems with their cvs? I have not been able to
get a connection for a few days now. This applies to several different
cvs libraries and I have tried from three different sites. Also, the
web based cvs browser is also unable to connect.

This will be welcome; I'll test it out as soon as it shows up.
