installation

I have problem with booting to floppy disk.
I notice that my PC will not boot to the bootable disk but instead will 
look for an OS.

I am using the Processor: Digital Alpha 21164, Revision 7.2.

In particular the installation process ask for the ff. items.


Boot Name:
Boot File:
OS Path:
OS Options:


I tried the ff.

Boot Name: Debian Linux 2.2
Boot File: Linux
OS Path: ("Empty")
OS Options: ("I dont know")


What is wrong with my installation?
What are the right items I will put on the above arguments?
