Not booting (?) on Mac IIci
Hi
I have been trying to get the kernel and root.bin from
potato's macinstall.tgz to boot with Pengiun-18 on my IIci, without any
luck - I see various messages in the Penguin window, and finally something
like:
Booting Linux (fasten your seatbelts, please)
slot_int_set: slot 0x00, (something)
( a similar line)
Error -17 slot_int_set for slot 0x0c
Warning: 1 error(s) turning off slot interrupts. Booting anyway!
at which point the machine freezes.
Is there some way around this?
FYI the IIci has an Asante NuBus ethernet card.
