Why don't you just by a CD set? See CD vendors on the debian page.

I don't think people are very interested in fixing slink CD creation
packages, at least I am not. potato is around the corner... no, don't ask
when its ready. But when you have a free/fast network connection, why make
CDs at all? Just install over the net. And maybe help testing the upcoming
potato release.

BTW boot-floppies 2.2.13 are on my page, did a quick install test, works
nicely for me, pmac-fdisk.txt is now also there.
