    I use RemApollo to softkick 40.063 (have 39.106) and Debian starts ok -
it use memoryblock starting right after remmaped ROM.

    Here is a dump from MuScan (MMU tables):

0x00F80000 - 0x00FFFFFF WriteProtected Remapped to 0x01000000
0x01000000 - 0x0107FFFF CacheInhibit Bundled to 0x01204000
0x01080000 - 0x03FFFFFF CopyBack

    I don't give you a Linux boot messages now...
