No way, no mmu - no linux (nor any other stable memory management
requiring OS)
(it's due to the multi-programmimg nature of the thing (and
multiuser), if you want the
address space of one app to be separate from another then you either
pre-check
(scan and determine if it's a valid address or not) every address
location on the fly
(too expensive) or do it in hardware, hence mmu! No mmu, no
protection, then no good OS).
