fsck failed

Thanks for the help, my system is running.
i tried to add a user and it seemed to start looping. ^Z didn't get me out. 
so I pressed cnt-cmd-power

when fsck ran it fail and the system wants me to "manualy repair the fs" 
What do I do?

Also is there are way to get get out of a process without killing the 
machine when ^z dosn't work.
