Fine, I haven't had a chance to do a new Mac snapshot anyway. What's 
the deal with the freeze, though?

Fine, if you succeed I'll have a new try with the HFS hacks (whatever
seems feasible there). Just got Mac IDE to compile in 2.1.85 so 2.1.90
should be a matter of days, and that means time for Debian again.
