New dpkg: --force-overwrite is no longer on by default

Hi,

dpkg 1.4.0.21 compiled with the same problems as 1.4.0.19 (which is,
as I said earlier, is a lot better than 1.4.0.20). I've put it up for
anonymous ftp at

<URL:ftp://debian.nocrew.org/pub/debian-m68k/dpkg/>

It'll be uploaded to master when Guy's finished *fx: waves hands about
Madonna-like* freezing hamm. Please note that this is the first
release for m68k where --force-overwrite is no longer on by default.
This means that you'll probably experience a lot of clashes, at least
until we start catching up from the massive pre-freeze upload frenzy.
If you hit any clashes, just rerun with dpkg --force-overwrite as an
additional argument and tell me or the list (which ever takes your
fancy).
