Bad emacs20 dependency

I've just noticed that the emacs20 package for m68k has a strange and
bad dependency:

> Package: emacs20
> Version: 20.2-3
> Priority: standard
> Section: editors
> Maintainer: Rob Browning <rlb@cs.utexas.edu>
> Depends: emacsen-common, liblockfile0, libc6, liblockfile (>= 0.1-1), ncurses3.4, xlib6g (>= 3.3-5)

Note the dependency on both, liblockfile0 and liblockfile (>= 0.1-1).
The former is available (version 0.1-3), the latter doesn't exist as a
package.

The i386 emacs20 package has different dependencies:

> Package: emacs20
> Version: 20.2-3
> Priority: standard
> Section: editors
> Maintainer: Rob Browning <rlb@cs.utexas.edu>
> Depends: emacsen-common, liblockfile0, libc6, ncurses3.4, xlib6g (>= 3.3-5)

Note the missing liblockfile (>= 0.1-1) here.

Did the one who has compiled the package had a bad shlibs file
installed??
