network and A/V setup for rooms

Hi,

I need to start ordering network cables for the video team. My current plan
was for:

1 300' cat6
2 150' cat6
4 100' cat6

$310 USD before shipping.

That would give us some redundancy, and maybe enough to stretch to
unexpected places.

As I understand it, we want, for each talk room:

- podium
- projection screen
- 4 to 6 power strips
- lots of duct tape
- GigE switch

Do we want a mic and speaker? (AIUI, that would cost extra)

I also still do not have any wired network switches for the hack labs. I
think we probably want one 24-port 10/100 per table.
