I intend to attend the Mini-DebConf, and at our last Video Team meeting I agreed to coordinate DebConf video team efforts to stream the event.
As I understand that c-base is also one of the c3voc bases of operations, it would be nice not to have to carry (all) our hardware to Berlin, so I'm happy to take a contact and see if we'd be able to borrow some hardware, that we could possibly run our software stack on (so that our usual volunteers don't get too confused).
Please send me info off-list and I'll follow up.
(I also strongly echo the suggestions from pollo, having a wafer instance available is a big time saver for us)
