DebConf Videoteam sprint - July 20th-23rd, Paris, France

Hello!

This is the announcement for the next DebConf videoteam sprint. It will 
be held from July 20th-23rd in Paris, France (and also remotely).

We've given ourselves until June 15th to come up with a budget request, 
after which I'll follow up on the debian-sprints (and with the DPL) to 
get approval.
