[Debconf-video] January/February sprint in Diegem

Hi folks,

I just confirmed with Linux Belgium that we will indeed be using their
training center in the week before FOSDEM.

I created a wiki page at
<https://wiki.debian.org/Sprints/2018/DebConfVideoteamSprintFOSDEM2018>.
It's still pretty empty right now. Feel free to remedy that ;-)

There is sufficient floor space in the building, so those who want to
can sleep there, provided they bring the required equipment (mattress,
sleeping bag, etc). Alternatively, there is a B&B next door to the
training center[1][2], which people can use if they prefer.

If memory serves right, their main training room has space for 15
people, so I would guess that with our equipment we can have about 5-10
people without getting uncomfortable. There is some space in the entry
hallway too, however.
