[Debconf-video] unsupported video setup for Helsinki?

I have a camera (with HDMI output), tripod and a couple of microphones
we could use for my session[1] in the Helsinki room tomorrow

Is there any equipment available that could be used to take the HDMI
signal and record it to disk, use it as a webcam for Jitsi Meet (remote
participation) or even stream it?

Is there anybody who might be willing to volunteer to assist with this?
