[Debconf-video] Hardware we need to hire
I think we should try to hire:
2x Mixer (with 2 output mixes)
1x Headset
4x Headset wireless mics
4x Handheld wireless mics (optional? The venue has 2 and 2 wired)
2x Ambiance mics
2x DV Cameras (1 can be better than the other)
2x Tripods (maybe 3)
Plus a good collection of sundries like XLR cables.
We also should buy:
1x miniTRS to TRS headphone adaptor
3x slim Microphone stand clip
2x Wind shields for environment mics
2x Wind shields for the headset mics
My reasoning:

Which I think means in practice:
2x Mixer (but only 1 is nice)

2x Large tripod
2x Small tripod (Not sure about 2)
Ideally each room should have:

2x Cameras (one good one)
2x Tripods (one good one)

Which means, if we want full 3 rooms of coverage, we are short:
