I checked all files for sample rate changes and this wasn't one of them.
I also didn't notice any problems when looking at the file myself,
though I don't play all of it.  I think this is likely to be a problem
with Peter's player.  Note that this file is scheduled to be regenerated
as the original times for it were incorrect.  This may or may not make a
difference to him.
