These pages are designed to be rendered in VideoLink, using the Gecko
engine.  The fact that they can also be viewed in regular Gecko-based
browsers is a useful bonus.  I really hadn't considered other browsers.

Oops.  Since I referred to an external script, I thought of <script> as
being an empty element.  But of course the emptiness or otherwise of an
HTML element isn't dependent on its attributes.
