[Debconf-video] icecast2 IPv6 support

Hi,

after tweaking abit around with icecast2 i found out that icecast2.xml
needs to look like this, to get IPv6 working:

    <listen-socket>
        <port>8000</port>
        <bind-address>::</bind-address>
    </listen-socket>
