[Debconf-video] debconf6 site in lynx, w3m and co

Hi, 

while joey was playing the websites he detected that lynx renders the page
empty. I took a short look and saw that the <script> element wasn't close.
Changing it to <script src="../debconf6-dvd.js"></script> let lynx display
the page. Would be great if this could be changed.
