Details for our 2nd BoF room

Hi!

We have too many talks with good rating, and in the Content team we decided
to convert one more room for BoF scheduling. This extra, fourth parallel
room is _not_ going to have video coverage, but we were discussing that
some BoF sessions count on having some remote participation.

So, our question is: For the 2nd, non-video-covered BoF room: Can we set up
a system for making a best-effort videoconf setting? This is, we would
need:

- A computer where a presentation can be made from
- With an external microphone, which we can locate close to the
  loudspeaker, or that can "decently" pick up the ambient sound
- With external loudspeakers so that BoF attendees can follow what remote
  participants say

So, local team: Can this be arranged?
