From the results so far, the winning time is 11:00 UTC on Tuesday 14
January. We haven't heard from everyone, yet, but I have to select a
time so people have notice for the meeting.

Sorry Akash, that is before you said you'd be able to start working on
your bid. But at this stage, I can't give much weight to scheduling the
meeting for a bid that doesn't even have a wiki page yet.
