Poll for DC24 meeting schedules

Now that we have a host city agreed for DC24, we need to pick a regular
meeting time that suits the local team and as many as possible of the
other organisers. If you would like to attend the meetings, please add
your availability in this poll:

All times are UTC as we have attendees across different timezones.

For anyone who isn't familiar with the structure, we usually meet every
other week most of the year, and then switch to weekly about 6-8 weeks
before DebConf. All meetings take place on a public IRC channel and are
logged.

If none of the suggested options suits, please email the list and we can
add some more options (I've tried to put options which are sensible for
local team, which is UTC+9).

I'll leave the poll open until 10:00 UTC on 27th December, to give
people time to vote.
