I am the maintainer of the open source conference schedule mobile app
"EventFahrplan" which has proven to be very useful at small and large
events such as the Chaos Communication Congress (CCC) in Germany with
17,000 visitors since 2011.

I don't want to steal your time with a lengthy email. Therefore,
please visit https://eventfahrplan.eu to get all the details and let
me know if you would like to provide such an app to the participants
of DebConf in addition to or as an replacement of Giggity and
ConfClerk.
