I'm also resigning from the DebConf committee (this wasn't coordinated
with Jonathan in any way, but if there's some re-staffing to do, let's
factor it a bit ;) )

I've had less and less time for Debian recently, and did not attend DC18
and DC19, mainly due to priorities shifting towards being a father. It
doesn't make sense for me to use a seat in the DebConf Committee. If
it's sometimes useful to throw the eyes of a former DPL at some issue, I
can probably be prodded to help without being a member of the DCC
anyway.

DebConf is an important piece of what makes Debian so unique.
