debconf.org: email alias updates

Hello,

  Since we are reaching end of DebConf, it might be good time to
update aliases in debconf.org domain.

  Could you please let DSA via RT know who we need to drop from
aliases file or/and who we need to add, you might as well want to
review the rest of aliases such admin, should DSA receive mail sent to
admin?
