Did ocf has experience in eVisa [eVisa]? We would like to request the
Ecode for eVisa so that attendees can get visa easily.
The requirements for eVisa are listed as following, and DebConf18 can
fulfill these requirements:
* International Conference
* Attendees are from 3 or more countries/regions.
* More than 100 attendees, and foreigners (including Mainland China)
* are 30% up or 50 persons up.
