We are not sure we understand your needs. We can't provide you with a
dedicated space for the whole DebCamp for your team to work in
separately. We have a limited number of rooms for DebCamp and can't
modify our reservations anymore.
If you want to showcase Ring, the best moment to do it would be the Open
Day. To see if you can get a kiosk, you should contact the content team
at content@debconf.org
