Other considerations from IRC are: * Avg temperature is 30.3 vs 29.4 degree Celsius (Jul vs. Aug) in 2016. * Avg relative humidity is 72% vs 77% (Jul vs. Aug) in 2016. There are rough the same in Jul and Aug. * The avg typhoons per month is 0.89 vs. 1.01 (Jul vs. Aug). Jul has lower possibility to have typhoon.
