Sam probably doesn't require a guide the whole time, may I share his
email with Reinette? Reinette is also sight-impaired so this will be a
good chat either way.
We will need to assist Sven for the weekend.

Hi Bernelle
Having not heard from you guys since April, this slipped off our radar
somewhat. Edwina is on leave, and so, in fact, am I, except that I am
a compulsive email checker! Just as well as it turns out.
First things first - are services are unfortunately not available on a
weekend. So Monday is the earliest we can begin to provide assistance.
Do you mean that the blind person will need a guide for the whole day?
If it is a question of assisting him to Fuller and back, the drivers
can assist. I am not sure that it would be his choice to have his
own guide throughout the day, as that is quite likely to isolate him
and limit the interaction he will have with the bigger group. I would
be more concerned about whether he has access to the course material -
the programme etc. in a format that works for him.
I'm going to copy my two colleagues not on leave to assist with
transport and other logistics. Please mail me if you need further
information. I would, if possible, like to chat to the blind person on
your course to establish what it is exactly he would need. Does he
have an email address on which I could contact him? I could copy you
in on my interaction with him.

We spoke around the 13th of April. I hope this email finds you well.
If possible, we require one guide for a blind person, Sam Hartman, and
disability transport for Sven Mueller and possibly a few more people
between Fuller and Menzies for meal times:
>From Fuller to Menzies, level 3 around 09:30 From Menzies to Fuller
around 12:00 From Fuller to Menzies, level 3 around 14:00 From Menzies
to Fuller around 16:00.
And if possible ad hoc trips as required.
The guide is required as soon as possible, and the disability services
from the 2nd of July (Saturday).
Please advise on the possibilities and what is required from our side?
