[Debconf-team] Setting up poll for new meeting times

Hi DebConf team!

I'm setting up a new poll for meeting times for the weekly DC16 meeting.

Before I just seed it with times that will be convenient for the local 
team, feel free to send me (off-list to reduce noise or highvoltage on 
oftc) your preferred time (all times in UTC) and day that would be 
convenient to you and I'll include it in the poll.

I'll set up the poll on Sunday so that should give you plenty of time to 
check your schedule.
