Der interested kids, families and parents, we are sorry to announce that the FrogLabs, a youth programme during the DebConf15 conference, will not take place. Regarding the reasons: A big part of the programme is organised for your kids by other kids who work hard to prepare everything in their free-time. This means that every effort has to be well-planned and also, there must be some kind of warranted success so the kids do not work for nothing. Unfortunately, the DebCOnf team repeated failed to reply to our inquiries, or publish the youth programme offer for others to see, or get back to us with any feedback why it doesn't happen, for several weeks, despite us sending several reminders and asking for any progress or issues. In conclusion, we do not see how the offer could become a success with the potential participants not even knowing about it and all the local school kids being off to their holidays soon.
