Note that the referenced table pre-dates the reorganisation efforts.
It dates back to early DC15 times when we tried to assume
a task-centric view of conference organisation:

The DC16 team adopted this and when the chairs had proposed their
teams structure, I added a column with information to help the new
team figure out how to fit in with the new structure.
