[Debconf-team] Coordination team meeting, please add yourself to the dudle

Hi all,

We need to start the work of this new coordination team, and if
possible, we would like to have the first IRC meeting during next
week, and make it a recurring monthly meeting. For that to succeed, we
need people that are interested in participating to add themselves to
the dudle:

In that meeting we will probably address what tasks each of the
subteam should be handling right now, and what tasks need to be
handled by the coordination team, plus work a little bit more on the
DC16 timeline, as has been requested this week on the ML.

I'll try to prepare a more "formal" agenda before the meeting.  In the
meantime, please add yourselves to the dudle, thanks!
