[Debconf-team] Write 415 words, add €10k to DC15 budget

One of our prospective Gold sponsors requires us to fill in attached
.doc file. If you have a couple of idle cycle and what to describe
DebConf in 65+150+200 words, give it a shot. It would be
appreciated. The "projector" is DebConf, obviously. For photos,
we'll use the group photo. And the quote is yours to choose!
