We agreed in that meeting to push the report out as soon as the budget section was done. Since then, there has been a near constant stream of people pushing new content to the repository. I appreciate people's efforts to follow through on the content they had committed to, but the time for adding content to the report was *last year*, not now, and every added section only further delays the release of this essential (and way overdue) report. (This last commit also failed to build entirely, which was the last straw triggering me to take action.) From here on out, please leave the repository alone except for proofreading, and spare yourselves any further effort in drafting new content. Patty and I will be working on finishing up the proofreading this weekend, with the aim to have this finalized and ready to go out on Monday. If someone wants to help divide and conquer on the proofreading, I'm happy to share - let's coordinate on IRC.
