[Debconf-team] Budget approval - DebConf/DebCamp

Hi Lucas,

As promised, I'll send you the budget for DebConf and DebCamp for review and approval.

This is the same budget as sent on May 23th and there have been no requests for changes so far.

Could you please review the budget and approve it if you agree with it?
