Here is the plan for Friday, these appointments are fixed now:
14:00 visit Balmer's tent village (motel tents = 100 beds, marquee
tent seats 200 people, potential site for DebCamp)
14:45 walk to Jungfrau Park
15:00 meeting with Jungfrau Park
Between 17:00 and 18:00: return to Balmer's, meeting at the hostel itself
This means we get a nice walking tour (sunshine is expected too), so
we can experience the distances between the three sites and the
railway stations.
I'd also propose that if anyone wants to meet for lunch, we can meet
at Bahnhof Interlaken Ost at 12:00 or 12:30, and for anyone who wants
to go directly to the tents, meet at Bahnhof Interlaken Ost at 13:40
to walk to the tents.
I will be in Interlaken Thursday night and if anyone else decides to
stay in Interlaken or to arrive earlier on Friday, we can meet up and
walk around the town to look at other options (e.g. to gather useful
data about meal options and prices)
Can everyone who will come please just reply to confirm the time you
can come, if you join us for lunch, etc?
Also, I believe Holger is taking the train from Zurich to Interlaken
on Friday morning, so if anyone else can join him in Zurich HB or
along the way that would be great.
