I always had the impression that DebianDay was kind of warming up (in
Argentina cooling down) for DebConf attendees while some local people
were watching.  I never had the impression that we would be able to
"move" people into the direction of Free Software.  So while this
warming up is nice to have it would be the first thing I would kick
if this would safe a reasonable amount of money.
