Could you please remove the following sentence:
"Donations in excess of value received may be tax-deductible depending on your own situation; check with your tax advisor for details."
As this is about sponsoring and not about donations, this is not really relevant here.
A donation would imply that they don't get expect to get something in return for their money.
Would it make sense to put e.g. account information and/or legal address of DebConf13 association in the sponsoring brochure?
