This is really positive and what I'm sure everyone was hoping - but when
you say `expect', does that mean it is still being investigated, or it
is subject to some application for charitable status, or it is 100% certain?
Just to emphasize, apart from having clarification of this VAT issue, I
think everything else proposed is fine
