[Debconf-team] Room reservations
Hi,
Here is a list of the rooms that should be reserved with the three
hotels. This is based on the actual dates when attendees will be
present.
Just to be clear, in this list:
- A 'single' room has only one person. We know that this may really
be a 'double' room in the hotel.
- A 'twin' room has two people, who require two separate beds.
- A 'double' room has two people, who want one large bed.
- A 'triple' room has three separate beds.
We will send a private follow-up mail with the requirements for the
three special rooms marked Disabled immediately after this message.
Please contact us if there is anything you do not understand in the
list, or if you have any other questions about this.
