[Debconf-team] Documentation, reporting and improved communication

Fellow organizers and contributors,
it has come to our attention that communication over the last few weeks
has been somewhat lacking. Same questions are asked over and over again
and reporting what has or has not been done over the list has become
somewhat problematic, since everything seems to be lost in a sea of
emails. To better coordinate our efforts, not only within teams, but the
whole organization of the conference, local team has proposed to make a
category on the wiki: DC11 Documentation, which can be find at:

http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/Category:DC11documentation

In this category you can see a list of pages assigned to a certain
topic. All of these pages should contain only following information:
* Already finished - Things that have been done and taken care of
* In process of realization - Things a team is working on
* Needs to be discussed further - either over the list or irc
* Additional material - links to corresponding wiki pages or some other
important material

The whole point of these pages are to contain small amount, but very
concrete data. They should be used as some sort of a report. Each of
these pages has a link to a corresponding wiki page with ideas,
suggestions, questions, discussions, etc, where they can be discussed
and studied further; meaning, only short and concrete sentences to be
used here. We only ask that the members of corresponding teams update
them regularly, so we know the progress of each team.

As an example:

Kind regards,
Vedran
