[Debconf-team] Registration/CFP text + deadlines (please review)

Hi,

I think the last things we need to do before registration is make sure
that the announcements and page texts look good.  Gunnar has penta
mostly working.


My ideas for deadlines:

Sponsored registration: May 1
Paper deadline: May 15 or June 1

I'm not highly attached to these, it's just a random thoughts as of
now.


These things need to be checked for accuracy and completeness:

Registration website text:

This should have complete information everyone may need to know.

Registration announcement:

This is shorter this year and mainly links to the web page.

Also, I made a "standard blurb" to add to the bottom of all
email releases:

Please comment on all of these things and we can get them pushed out
in the next 24-48 hours.
