We have rooms to allocate 400 attendees in following hotels: Bosna,
Vidovic, Palas.

Yes.

This can be arranged however we agree for it to be arranged.

Government gave us money for us to pay for stuff, of course we
shouldn't rely on this money solely but on other sponsors as well.

What we'll be getting free of charge is Venue, Pools, Transportation
from Zagreb airport to Venue in Banja Luka, and security.

Besides this they gave us money, which when combined with other
sponsors should cover accommodation, food, travel and other costs
we'll have.

I also added Sponsorships to Meetings wiki to discuss it in more
detail on our next meeting. I believe all these things should be
discussed, so it's all clear and we can proceed with our next steps.
